Lois Hale

Lois Hale has formally worked as an Integration Manager in Adult Social Care for Stockport Council in Greater Manchester.

With over 35 years of experience working for local government, Lois has extensive operational experience in social care from both a child and adult perspective including safeguarding. She has had many years involvement in creating, managing and evaluating projects to bring about service change in social care and health. This has necessitated the use of a range of engagement techniques with stakeholders and partners, including the general public. Lois has commissioned and de-commissioned services for Stockport Council when implementing new legislation into service delivery through service change management. She has also managed contracts, held and accounted for budgets, and recruited and managed staff.

Lois was the Lead Service Manager for the Neighbourhood workstream of the Stockport Together Programme (2017-2019) working to integrate health and social care across the health & social care economy in Stockport.

Lois has excellent skills in policy and strategy development, project management and training.
