Jasmin has a BA Honours Degree in Health Promotion and a MA in Social Research, and she regularly attends relevant training courses. She has recently completed the Prince2 Project Management training.
Proactive, innovative, creative and passionate, Jasmin is a good team player with leadership skills. She has almost 16 years’ experience in both the NHS and voluntary sector managing and designing various health related projects in response to identified needs. Among other things, she has designed innovation improvements programmes, implemented evaluation framework to monitor and evaluate services, developed strategies to strengthen the managerial structure, engaged with stakeholders and partners, expanded projects within new areas and made relevant changes, reviewing and writing existing and new policies/SOPs as well as reviewing and amending existing processes, to ensure they continue to meet the needs and demands of local demographic. She also has experience of programme monitoring and expertise in enabling lasting, sustainable impact within services.
